Baylor Scott & White Health Announces Key Executive Leaders

Internal promotions, new hire advancing integrated delivery network’s strategy

DALLAS Baylor Scott & White Health recently appointed two executives to key System leadership positions.

Laura Irvine is the chief integrated delivery network officer. She is charged with the System's strategy development and enhancing its analytics capabilities. Laura is also responsible for expanding primary care and convenient care offerings and accelerating the growth of the System's accountable care organization and health plan. She has more than 20 years of experience in the extremely competitive North Texas healthcare market. She was previously executive vice president and chief administrative officer at Medical City Healthcare, and prior to that, she held several leadership roles at Methodist Health System.

Scott Peek is senior vice president of joint ventures. He has been with Baylor Scott & White for two decades and most recently held the position of vice president and chief operating officer for Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Scott will grow value for patients served by our joint venture facilities through creating an improved experience with exceptional clinical outcomes, while promoting a culture of safety. His extensive knowledge of hospital operations and program development will also allow Baylor Scott & White to strengthen partnerships.
