David Klein, MD, MBA, has been named president of Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth. Klein has served as interim president since July 2012 before assuming his role.

Klein joined Baylor in May of 2009 as Chief Operating Officer at Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth, which includes the 574-bed Baylor All Saints Medical Center and Andrews Women’s Hospital, and as the Hospital Administrator at Baylor Medical Center at Southwest Fort Worth.
Dr. Klein practiced in the specialty of General Surgery for 14 years before becoming a full-time hospital administrator. Prior to joining Baylor Fort Worth and Baylor Southwest, he served as Administrator of Presbyterian Hospital of Denton in Denton, Texas, and as Chief Executive Officer of Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, a joint venture de novo hospital in Austin, Texas.
Dr. Klein holds a bachelor’s degree of science from the University of Southern California, a doctor of medicine from University of New Mexico, and his master’s degree in business administration from University of California, Irvine.
Klein resides in Fort Worth and serves as a board member for the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, American Cancer Society of Tarrant County, Fort Worth South, Inc., Baylor Annette C. and Harold C. Simmons Transplant Institute, Baylor Surgicare at Fort Worth, Baylor Surgicare at Granbury, and the Baylor Surgicare at Oakmont. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and serves on the THA Hospital Physician Executive Council.
