AUSTIN, Texas – Baylor Scott & White Health today announced plans to open a new primary care clinic in Southwest Austin. Construction is in progress, and the clinic will serve residents near the Oak Hill area and nearby Dripping Springs area.

The Baylor Scott & White Clinic – Austin Southwest will be located in an area retail center on Highway 290 near Highway 71, and is set to open in fall 2017.
Once open, the clinic will become the sixth within the city limits of Austin, joining Baylor Scott & White clinics – Austin Downtown, Westlake, North Burnet, Avery Ranch, and Circle C.

The 4,200 square-foot clinic will provide services including family medicine, on-site X-ray and laboratory services. The Austin Southwest clinic will be help build on the quality medical care the largest not-for-profit health care system is providing in the area through its four medical centers and more than 20 clinics spanning Travis and Williamson counties, and as of fall 2017, Hays County.
Baylor Scott & White Clinic – Austin Southwest, located at 9521 U.S. Highway 290, Suite 150, Austin, Texas 78737, will open fall 2017 and serve patients Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
