Trent Hadley Named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance

Proven executive will continue efforts focused on reducing healthcare costs and improving quality of healthcare services

Baylor Scott & White Health has named Trent Hadley vice president and chief financial officer of Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance (BSWQA). In his new role, Hadley will oversee the organization's financial performance and value-based contracting arrangements, as well as lead the transition to risk-based models. 

"We are excited to continue to have Trent Hadley as part of our team as he moves into this new role and are confident that his leadership will help us improve productivity and quality while reducing costs," said Cliff Fullerton, M.D., president of BSWQA.

Hadley has been with BSWQA since 2013 as a financial manager and then director.  In his new role, he will continue to work with local employers and employee benefit consultants to help manage the health of patient populations and reduce healthcare costs.

Trent began his career as a certified public accountant consulting in the public accounting industry in advisory services for healthcare clients.  He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Tampa in Florida.
