Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano is pleased to announce John Marcucci, M.D., emergency medicine, as the new vice president of medical affairs.
Dr. Marcucci, board certified in emergency medicine, has dedicated his entire career to practicing in the Dallas Metroplex area and most recently served as the Emergency Department Medical Director of both Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano and THE HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Plano.
Dr. Marcucci completed his medical degree, residency and fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas and is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the Texas College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Marcucci has been published in various emergency medicine publications on topics including dealing with emergency treatment of renal colic and paramedic response to field termination of expired patients.
