Castaneda will succeed interim CEO Jeff Andrews, who has served in the role since longtime CEO William Keaton died in May 2017, having led the organization for 14 years.

"We are excited to welcome Trevor to the Frisco community," said Kevin Coats, Baylor Scott & White– Frisco chief operating officer and chief financial officer.  "He is a dynamic individual and his leadership will be invaluable as he guides the medical center and our nearby work at The Star through the coming years."
