Baylor Grapevine Receives Large Business Of The Year And Community Service Awards From The Northwest Metroport Chamber Of Commerce

The Northwest Metroport Chamber of Commerce recognized Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine as the 2011 Large Business of the Year for its continued support of the organization and its mission at its annual awards banquet on January 27. The growing hospital was also honored with the Community Service award for its contributions to the community and unique accomplishments.  

“Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine was honored twice for their tremendous support of not only the Northwest Metroport Chamber, but the communities that we serve,” said Sally Michalak, president and CEO of the chamber.

Baylor Grapevine has been an active member of the Northwest Metroport Chamber of Commerce for nearly five years and is a Platinum Event Partner. The hospital participates in a number of community events, including sponsoring the Cross Timbers Classic, the chamber’s largest fundraising event. Additionally, Baylor Grapevine provides in-kind support through comprehensive athletic trainer and nurse medical coverage for event participants.
