Baylor Grapevine To Offer Free Women's Health Day On Saturday, January 22 At The Hilton Southlake

Popular event to provide free health screenings and informational sessions

Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine encourages women of all ages to focus on their health by attending For Women, For Life on Saturday, January 22 from 7-11 a.m. at the Southlake Hilton in Southlake Town Square. The popular event is free but attendees must register by calling 1.800.4BAYLOR or visiting www.BaylorHealth.com/GrapevineForWomen.

"For Women, For Life is a great way for women to start off the New Year on a healthy note. Often times women overlook their own health care needs because they are so busy to take time for themselves," says Dee Dee Ogrin, director of marketing.

For Women, For Life will begin with a complimentary breakfast and opportunities to receive free health screenings and assessments for blood pressure, body fat, cholesterol and osteoporosis, lung function and body fat. Participants can learn the facts heart disease, obstetrics and gynecological issues and how to maintain a healthy diet. They will also receive a host of women's health information and learn tennis techniques from a professional. Physicians on the medical staff will also be on hand to answer questions during two question and answer sessions.
