Baylor Fort Worth Receives 3-Year Accreditation from The Joint Commission

Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth and Baylor Medical Center at Southwest Fort Worth have received a 3-year accreditation from The Joint Commission. On January 13, The Joint Commission arrived, unannounced, for their tri-annual review of our compliance. The survey team measured the hospitals' compliance with over 270 standards. Baylor Fort Worth and Baylor Southwest were one of the first hospitals in the nation to undergo the new Joint Commission survey process.

Undergoing The Joint Commission survey and accreditation process is just one of many ways that Baylor Fort Worth and Baylor Southwest demonstrate our commitment to continuously provide safe, quality healthcare, treatment and services. Receiving this accreditation acknowledges that Baylor Fort Worth and Baylor Southwest are always pursuing opportunities to improve and deliver quality and safe care.

The not-for-profit Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth and Baylor Medical Center at Southwest Fort Worth serve more than 100,000 people annually through two hospitals, numerous primary care physician centers and practices, a rehabilitation and fitness center, and a variety of medical specialties.
