Baggs joins the Foundation from Texas Christian University, where he has served in senior development roles since 1995. His leadership has played a pivotal role in strengthening Fort Worth's academic and healthcare landscape.

"Adam is a respected strategist and an accomplished fundraiser with deep roots in the Fort Worth community," said Kristi Sherrill Hoyl, chief philanthropy officer of Baylor Scott & White Health. His extensive experience guiding complex campaigns, cultivating significant philanthropic commitments, and stewarding long-standing donor relationships will be instrumental as the All Saints Health Foundation enters its next phase of growth.

"I am honored to join Baylor Scott & White All Saints Health Foundation and excited to support the transformational work occurring across this community," Baggs said.
