Baylor Scott & White Health Announces Tuition-Free Education for Employees

Health system now offers employees college and certificate programs at no upfront cost, lowering financial barriers to higher education

DALLAS, Texas – Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest not-for-profit health system in the state of Texas, today announces a new approach to education for employees: Beginning on day one of employment, eligible employees have access to tuition assistance at no upfront cost for college and certificate programs.

Active full-time and part-time benefits-eligible employees have access to a new comprehensive tuition assistance program provided through Guild:

  • 100% tuition coverage for fully funded programs
  • up to $5,250 for partially funded programs
  • personalized coaching to support each learner
  • a curated program catalog with schools that have demonstrated a history of providing the best learning experiences and outcomes for working adult students
  • comprehensive student resources, including advice on interview prep, tips on essay writing, and hundreds of student-centered articles 
  • dedicated student communities to connect with classmates and share advice
