Baylor Health Care System Employees Recognized

Three Baylor Health Care System employees received honors at the Dallas Fort Worth Hospital Council's annual Employee of the Year luncheon in April.

  • Deborah Jean-Gilles, administrative assistant at Baylor All Saints Medical Center in the Joan Katz Breast Center, was selected as an Employee of the Year in the Large Hospital category. Jean-Gilles has been with Baylor since March 2010.
  • Michelle Pinker, RN, nurse supervisor at Our Children's House Dallas, was selected as an Employee of the Year in the Small Hospital category. Pinker has been with Baylor for two years but has specialized in pediatrics for 11 years.
  • Chris Jackway, nuclear medicine technician at Baylor Carrollton, received DFWHC Special Recognition. Jackway has been with Baylor since September 2009 and is a consistent "top performer."
