Baylor Scott & White Health Introduces QLess Technology in College Station

Scott & White Today Care – College Station patients able to reserve spots remotely

Baylor Scott & White Health today introduced QLess, an online queue management program based out of Pasadena, Calif., to Scott & White Today Care – College Station. The walk-in clinic, located within Scott & White Clinic – University Drive, provides same-day acute care for minor emergencies and illnesses.

QLess allows patients to reserve a spot in line virtually at the walk-in clinic and wait from any location. Once patients enter their name and phone number, they have the capability to utilize text messages for current wait times, receive a reminder of when to arrive and request additional time in line, if needed.

"Making health care convenient is critical for us and this is one way we're continuing to innovate Baylor Scott & White's integrated and unique model of care," said Nick Reddy, chief digital officer, Baylor Scott & White Health.

Scott & White Today Care – College Station is the first Baylor Scott & White location that will have QLess.

"We're excited to provide this convenient technology to Scott & White Today Care Clinic – College Station," said Jason Jennings, president, College Station Region.
